Alternative cancer treatments – Part 7

Lets remember that cancer is what it is. This is a failing of cells which degenerate the bodies tissues and organs. Yes products are available not as cures seen by medical personal but as alternatives. We were told that green tea is a anti oxidant but what many do not know is that all teas are as well as tomatoes and grapes along with most naturally grown fruits and vegetables. I think eating healthy from our birth until we die is a key here. We usually try to survive when it is too late so many feel sorry for themselves and stop trying. I think when a corporation starts selling a product as the natural cure for things they should also tell you that there are many other products that do the same things for you. Research is your best bet and you will find many alternatives out there.

All foods that grow naturally like beans, veggies, juices made from fresh fruits are body cleansing anti oxidants. Think of your body as a car. If you don’t take care of your car in a proper manor, it gets rust and their is a reason this is called cancer. There are rare cases of cancers that attack the body for no known apparent reason. These are cells that come from generations, handed down, like baldness.

Holistic treatments are natural treatments that treat and regenerate your body. If you eat right and exercise daily, you can’t stop cancer but you can stand a better chance of not getting it then the person that eats junk and sleeps all day long. The medical community as it stands, cuts out the bad parts inside of us and call this treatment. This is all we know in dealing with this dreadful disease. Prevention is better then trying to cure. A simple heartburn can be treated by taking medications but if we took the time and looked at the reason why we get heartburn and prevent it from happening again then we are looking at solutions not disguises.

Their are loads of materials on alternatives of treatments of cancer so reading before it happens will insure a healthier lifestyle. We try and stay away from things like snakes and poison Ivy, so then why do we eat things that have an ill effect on out bodies? That is the real mystery.
